How long is a session? This is a 60 minute active breathing exercise, allot 2 hours for the full experience!
Is this similar to meditation? I like to call it meditation on steroids! It bypasses your thinking mind and dives deep into our bodies and nervous system, clearing out unconscious barriers and unresolved emotions.
This sounds intense... how will my guests respond? Everyone is in full control of their experience and can go as deep as they would like to go or slow things down if it feels overwhelming. The only factor at play is the breath. Somatic Breathwork is considered a beginner friendly practice.
What do I wear? Come dressed in breathable, loose clothing.
What do I bring? Water bottle, yoga mat, your journal (a blanket is optional).
Can this be done virtually? YES! Virtual sessions are incredibly powerful. There are specific requirements that that need to be met so that participants environment is prepped for the most immersive experience.
Who can participate? If you are pregnant, a history of seizures, or have heart conditions, please sit this one out! Bring your inhaler (if applicable) and always consult your doctor if desired. Please see additional contradictions below.
What is the cost? Local rates (Alabama & Pensacola, FL) start at $1,500 for groups up to 15 and increase depending on group size. Out of state rates start at $2,500 + travel. Please reach out to Morgan for more information.
I own a fitness studio and would like to bring this to my community, does this information apply? Yes, this information applies for all private group sessions whether it be a retreat, mastermind, private group, etc!
Do you provide the venue? This is open for discussion! We can use your site if space permits or we can find an outside venue (venue fee will be in addition to base rate).
Do you travel? Yes! I am based out of Alabama but am available to travel. Flight and stay is an additional fee. An additional fee will also apply if group size needs additional breathwork facilitators.
What else? Avoid food 2 hours prior to the session as it can be uncomfortable on the stomach. It's best to schedule this session before meal time.
Is a deposit required? Yes, 50% of total fee will required to confirm your booking. The final 50% will be due two days before scheduled experience.
