Q: What do I wear? Come dressed in breathable, loose clothing.
What do I bring? Water bottle, yoga mat, & journal.
Who can participate? If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, or have heart conditions, please sit this one out! Bring your inhaler (if applicable) and always consult your doctor if desired.
Do you offer payment plans? Full fee must be paid in full when booking your first session.
What is the cost? Due to limited availability, I am no longer offering one-off, 1:1 sessions but I do offer them in a package of 3 to be completed within 9 weeks. 3 is not a magic number and 9 weeks is not a magic timeline but this structure gives us time to commit to this process.

Why do you no longer offer one-off, 1:1 sessions? Due to limited availability and high demand of a 1:1 service, this is the best way to serve those who are fully committed to this process. If you'd like to give this experience a try without committing to 3, 1:1 sessions, I would love to see you at one of my monthly group sessions, more info here!
Are virtual sessions as powerful as in-person? YES, virtual sessions are incredible, however, they are different than in-person. Each offer a unique experience.
Where are the in-person sessions held? TBD.
What else? Avoid food 2 hours prior to the session as it can be uncomfortable on the stomach.
Refund Policy: 1:1 Sessions are non-refundable but are transferable with 48 hour notice. There is a rescheduling fee of $50. Thank you for understanding!
