Q: What do I wear? Come dressed in breathable, loose clothing.
What do I need? Water bottle, yoga mat, your journal + pen.
How do I prepare for this session? Headphones to enhance your experience (wireless is preferred!) If you do not have head phones, that is okay, just be sure to turn your volume up.
-Will have uninterrupted time for the duration of our 90 minute session together
-Wear something breathable and comfy

-Do not eat 2 hours prior to our session
Are virtual sessions as powerful as sessions in-person? YES! Virtual sessions are extremely powerful. They allow you to experience this work in your own space without the hassle of travel / getting somewhere. Virtual sessions offer a unique experience.
Who can participate? If you are pregnant or have heart conditions, please sit this one out! Bring your inhaler (if applicable) and always consult your doctor if desired.
Can kids / pre-teens attend? For pre-teens and younger, I don’t suggest the full somatic breathwork session. They are already so young and sensory aware that a shorter practice or even a daily practice (5 minutes or less) would be beneficial.
Can my teenage child join? If the child is 16+ you can both join. But I encourage parents who are first-timers to somatic breathwork to experience on their own first. It's common for the parent to naturally be distracted thinking about the experience of their child, which can take the parent out of their own experience.
Can I register my teenage child for a session? Parent should experience first before registering their child. Children will regulate from parents. If you have a positive experience, we can discuss signing up your child. (i.e: I will make sure the child has individual interest in participating).
What is the cost? $60
What else? Avoid food 2 hours prior to the session as it can be uncomfortable on the stomach.
Refund Policy: Being that there is always a limited capacity of participants, tickets are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding!
